A player is entitled to a refund up until the first Wednesday after the first game of the season. Klein Soccer Club reserves the right to withhold up to $30 of the registration fee to cover the cost of administrative expenses incurred while registering the player. Last day of refunds is February 24, 2021.
ALL refund requests must be submitted by filling out the form. The form can be submitted in person at the KSC Office, or online to the Director of Administration, Amy Ortmann: email@example.com. If you go to the office, please bring the approved refund request form along with proper identification (no exceptions). Only a parent of the child requesting a refund can remove a child from his or her team,
thus a parent signature is required along with proper identification.
Once the request is reviewed, please expect 7-10 business days to receive the refund. The refund will be mailed to the address on file.
There will be no refunds due to any type of natural disaster or medical pandemic (such as a hurricane or Covid)
if the event occurs after the last day of refunds noted above.
Refund requests made after the deadline will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Klein Soccer Club Board to determine if a refund is warranted. If the refund request is declined, the registration fee is forfeited as a donation to our organization; for tax purposes, it is considered a charitable donation under Section 501.C.3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
